How Can I Avoid My Deductible?
If you have replacement cost coverage, and you want your insurance to reimburse you for the depreciation, you must pay your deductible. This is a provision of Texas Housebill 2102 passed in 2019. So, if you have replacement cost coverage, we will be working for the insurance estimate.

1) Write a check, use a credit card, or finance your deductible.
2) Use your ACV monies for the work that we don’t do to fund your deductible. You are essentially borrowing money from yourself to get the deductible paid. You can do the work we don’t do yourself or put it off until later. This is your “zero-out-of-pocket” claim. Nothing is for free. If the Law requires you to pay your deductible, it must come from somewhere.
