Bill Wilson
FounderBill founded Texco Roofs LLC after retiring from teaching and coaching. Today Bill lives in Yantis where he enjoys living with his wife on their homestead near the Lake Fork.
Bill is now a General Contractor, and he has assembled a team of outstanding project managers that live all over Texas. This group was responsible for 2 million dollars in sales in 2025, so rest assured, Texco Roofs has the experience and know how to handle your insurance claims, roofs, and any other home improvement project you have in mind. Daughter Chloe has also joined the team. Chloe is a graduate of Timber Creek High School. When she is not tending to her roofing customers, Chloe has her own pet sitting business, and she even teaches dance to many youth in the area.
What makes Chloe great at this job is her attention to detail. She has been trained as an insurance specialist. Insurance carriers buy pictures! And Chloe will take excellent pictures of your property, some of which your adjuster may have missed. This is how we maximize your claim, and Chloe will get every detail.

Sean Simpson is our newest member of Texco Roofs and he has been on fire! Sean has a strong background in home improvement, and he is taking his knowledge and applying it to Storm Restoration.
Sean’s background in home improvement has trained his eye to damage. He can find and photograph damage that the adjusters often miss, and that is what you want in a project manager. This is how you get your insurance to pay for everything they should in your storm damage claim.

Project ManagerMy daughter and her husband have both joined the Texco Team! Matt and Kaisa are a husband and wife project management team dedicated to serving their community with honesty, quality, and care. As parents of four, they understand the importance of a safe, dependable home and treat every project like it is for their own family. Both have served the Fort Worth Community as Teachers and Business owners. Together, they are proud to support a local, family run company built on trust and lasting relationships.

Paul Hoskins is a graduate of Granbury High School. He has been with Texco since the beginning and is one Texco’s top project managers.
