Candidates with no experience learn the first part of the sale as a marketing agent. As you successfully generate more and more opportunities, Texco will train you in the various parts of the Insurance Restoration Process. Each Promotion adds another skill. Ultimately the Compliance Officer has the ability to take an opportunity from the beginning to completion. All positions have the opportunity to earn high dollars.

Generate leads for our roofing services through door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods. Introduce homeowners to our services, identify roof damage or replacement needs, and schedule inspection appointments for our sales team. Ideal candidates are outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable with face-to-face sales. No experience necessary — we provide training. Reliable transportation required.
Commission-based pay with strong earning potential — agents generating 10 appointments per week can earn up to $60,000/year. Top producers are promoted to Senior Marketing Agent.

Lead and train a team of Marketing Agents generating door-to-door leads for our roofing services. Senior Marketing Agents have the opportunity to sell their team's leads directly — performing roof inspections, sharing findings with homeowners, and meeting with insurance adjusters to get claims started. Once a deal is partially or fully funded, hand it off to the Project Manager for completion.
This role is ideal for a top-performing Marketing Agent ready to grow into leadership, with earning potential from both team overrides and personal sales. Top earners make $100,000+.

You will assist the Senior Project manager train and organize our marketing agents. Take the hand-off from the Senior Marketing Agent and see the project through to completion. Work closely with our supplement team to maximize the insurance claim, help clients select products, and support our crews through project completion. Project Managers can also generate their own leads, managing a project from initial contact all the way through to completion.

Assumes all responsibilities of the Project Manager, plus ensures the CRM, warranties, TDI forms, and all other required documentation are completed for the team before closing out a project. In addition to Project Manager income, the Compliance Manager receives a cut of every project on the team for completing compliance on each file.

Generates opportunities for Senior Marketing Agents and Project Managers to close sales
Senior Marketing Agent
Performs roof inspections, shares reports with homeowners, files claims, and meets the adjuster on site to begin the claim process. The Senor Marketing Agent hands of projects to the Project Manager once insurance has fully or partially funded a project.
Project Manager
Works closely with our supplement team to maximize claims. The Project manager also picks out products with the homeowner to plan the restoration. The Project manager is responsible for working with the crews to complete the restoration.
Compliance Officer
The compliance officer has the ability to take a project from the beginning to the end. They also work with the team to make sure all files are complete, warranties are registered, TDI forms are presented to our clients, and all details are finalized before closing the file
